OK -- after reaching bottom -- we are now on the way up.  Good things from here on out -- although I now am making my predictions for the season a little less lofty.  We are not going to win the division, but get the first wild card spot - and we will not sweep the World Series, but need six games to win it.

The results are pretty much what I expected from this group. Well, not 11-0, but many 5-2 games. The Twins have weak bats, suspect fielding, and poor pitching.

 

This is what we have to put up with the Twins until the youngsters are ready. I just wish the Twins had not signed some of the players they did to contracts that they will be stuck with for years.

 

I thought the 1970s and early 1980s where bad, but this go around is so bad, I do not even care to watch the team play. So much for the new stadium making the Twins contenders.

Is it wrong that on plays/at bats I'm just hoping that someone gets hurt and seeing that as the best possible scenario? With the exception of maybe 3 players.

Assuming that doesn't continue even when the youngsters are ready.   Failure rate of prospects is pretty high and I won't assume a change in one of those categories, much less all three, until these youngsters prove they can do it at the major league level.
