This will be a tough series against the best team in MLB.   The Twins have top players on IL, and the top relievers were used up against the Cheese- heads.  Hope our injured players are back soon.

Phillies have been mortal the last handful of games, but zero confidence in the Twins right now. If anything, this is a get right series for Philly.

I wish we had our full arsenal of players available for this series. Regardless, this is a good test to see if the Twins can hang with the best teams in the league.

Are Margot and Castillo really better options then Martin, Wallner or Julien.  Can we play the better players and fill in with bench players as needed.  Wallner plays one game than sits two games,  And then the question becomes why does he struggle, let him play.

I think we're gonna need some help from the baseball Gods in these 3 games. Maybe let us play out of our minds and hit the crap out of the ball for a few games, or have our pitchers give up only 3 runs in the series, or have Philly kick it around ChiSox style each game, or lock Rocco in the closet for a few days...you know, the usual stuff.

I actually think without our best players it’s not the best time to see if we can hang with the Phillies 🙁 But all I can do is hope the rest of them somehow pull it out and get it done. That would show something if they did

After getting outclassed by Milwaukee they better pull one game out. There are a few teams coming at them for a wildcard spot.

Simple explanation -- Suarez is a lefty and Rocco would rather rub sandpaper on a wildcat's butt in a phone booth rather than put Wallner & Julien in the lineup against a lefty.
