Alright they could have waited until the inning was over.   Though Taylor does have better speed, and it could have been cautionary with the ball off his knee.  Regardless they were going into the bottom of the 7th with a 2+ run lead.

In another odd twist, it is Solano at second base and he does not have the range of Julien. Yet, he was the correct choice to pinch hit for Gallo. Right?

If I knew they were going to tie it, I would have left Kenta in.   At a 3-1 game I don't mind the decision.  If it were 3-3 I don't make the switch.   :shrug:
