Mortimerkenny21 Verified Member Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 A"s beat Boston again, like someone said, "those weren't gimmie games." And Cleavland lost today, this could be a tough one tonight, but it would be great to gain some ground. Hopefully with some hot bats! wabene and RpR 2
SwainZag Community Moderator Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 Let's hope that Maeda flips the script from his last start. Love they are running back pretty much the same lineup that raked last night. Nine of twelve 1

If the Twins run the table, they would win by at least 7 games, because Cleveland would lose the six head-to-head games. Squirrel, Craig Arko, ashbury and 1 other 4

LA Vikes Fan Verified Member Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 Interesting that Buxton isn't playing. It may be that he's just going with the same group that scored 10 last night or it may be that they're contemplating something or have something in the works. Kuechel's opt out date is Friday so there may be some roster juggling coming. Polanco also has to be close to returning, and maybe closer if he could DH when he got back with the Twins. Probably nothing, but one never knows.

Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 Quote The Mariners announced a few roster moves prior to tonight’s game, selecting the contract of right-hander Devin Sweet and recalling fellow righty Prelander Berroa, with both players set to make their respective major league debuts as soon as they get into a game. The Mariners are calling up Berroa of the Sam Dyson trade for the first time, potentially to play against the team that he started with. ashbury and wabene 2

Dave Borton Verified Member Posted July 19, 2023 Posted July 19, 2023 Old school cartoon. Did Elmer Fudd Say Dagnabbit? In the cartoon universe, yes, Elmer Fudd did say “dagnabbit.” The etymology of the word is based on Fudd's catchphrase. https://blogdigger.com/elmer-fudd/ Craig Arko and Nine of twelve 2
