I think we need to get used to this phrasing for the coming few seasons. For no reason I counted the number of 3 up 3 down innings the offense has had since the Allstar break. An acronym is a word that derives from the initials of a phrase, such as snafu (situation normal, all ****ed up) as opposed to the mnemonic we were discussing where the opposite was true--the phrase was derived from the word.
