LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Petco park or Dodger stadium are the Bubble sites.that didn’t answer my question
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 If the Twins and White Sox both advance do the Twins get home field adv for the seriesThey should, shouldn't they? They finished first.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 29, 2020 Author Posted September 29, 2020 Odds of Polanco getting this out of the infield?
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Legitimately have never heard of Brooks Raley.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Sheesh we can’t get back in the field
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Hmmm - Polanco and the shoulder drop - every at bat
Shaitan Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Does Grienke get paid by the hour?
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 winner. What did he win? (I don't know, 3rd base?)
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 More soft contact from Sanó and Polanco.
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Jeffers didn't show much his previous turn. Let's see something now.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Higher seed always gets home field, but after this series it's "in the bubble," so not at TF.Who bats last was my concern
Battle ur tail off Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 that didn’t answer my question Well the Twins are the higher seed so yes, I would assume they are "home team" for more games than the Sox if that happens.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 A tidy hour 50 for 4 innings.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 They should, shouldn't they? They finished first. The way the brackets are laid out doesn’t make that clear
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 29, 2020 Author Posted September 29, 2020 Run up that count, Ryan.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Great AB from Jeffers. Hit that ball hard.
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 A tidy hour 50 for 4 innings.A combination of Greinke farting around on the mound and Maeda being required 4 strikes for an out will do that.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 If we could just have a fraction of the offense from last year.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 29, 2020 Author Posted September 29, 2020 Damn it all, hit it hard where someone isn’t on occasion.
Sielk Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Why are our well hit balls always directly at the Astros fielders?
ashbury Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Good AB thereYeah, much better, especially considering he had a stolen strike that counted against him. Ran up the count and wound up with good contact. That will pay off in the long term. Trouble is, 9 innings is the short term.
Shaitan Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 THought we'd almost see Odo in relief in this spot. Maybe if we were behind. I don't think we'll see Odo in a mid-inning situation.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Damn it all, hit it hard where someone isn’t on occasion.Hear, hear
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 If we could just have a fraction of the offense from last year. It’s a shame, really. The offense has been my concern all year. No surprise the pitching is holding up.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 It looks like a bullpen game after five innings. I doubt either Grienke or Maeda will make a pitch in the sixth inning.
TFRazor Verified Member Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Damn it all, hit it hard where someone isn’t on occasion.Preferably in the seats
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted September 29, 2020 Posted September 29, 2020 Why are our well hit balls always directly at the Astros fielders? Well there's only been like four of them and Cruz's did drop. A .250 average is pretty solid here in 2020.
