Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Chief tells jokes? Not really... no.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I would've went with Stewart against 7-8-9....but we'll see.
tvagle Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 With all the choices... Selecting a wine is one of the most intimidating things I have ever faced. I stopped going to Costco as a result. I picture you just waiting for the $1 days at Happy Harry's
nicksaviking Community Moderator Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Parker’s 5 straight scoreless outings = Twins most reliable reliever- sources confirm.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Costco carries some good wines, but be careful in the summer. A few years back both a wine-buddy and I ended up with some bottles of reliable wines that we knew and liked that had been "cooked" by improper storage in hot weather---yes, even in Portland. I don't buy much wine there anymore, but never in July through October.Fortunately we don't have a heat problem here in Tucson in July.

John Kelsey Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Parker is harder to watch than Gibson.
FLTwinsGuy Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Can anyone ever have a clean inning?
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Just a clean inning. Just can’t happen can it

Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 While Parker isn’t a good pitcher, at least he’s irritating to watch pitch.
David HK Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Thanks, Marnie, for that T-wolves update. All I can say is, 5 first-basemen?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I picture you just waiting for the $1 days at Happy Harry's The Famous Penny Sale... You Betcha... But Seriously... I stand in the aisles and can't freaking decide. I end up buying a wine just like I vote for the Country Commissioner. Umm... Bob sounds like a good name... I'll vote for Bob. I have no idea what Bob stands for or tastes like.

John Kelsey Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 I think I'd rather see Stewart at this point.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted July 24, 2019 Posted July 24, 2019 Really think Rogers and Stewart are the only two available. Harper too probably, but would prefer not to throw him. Will be interesting to see how the next 6 outs are pieced together.
