You are not on here more than me. Look at the number of post. I have no problem with you being on the site. None. But I don't see the need for you to be in a game thread that has no involvement with your team, running a play-by-play of the Indians moves and bullpen strategy, and then going on to talk smack after losing to a HORRIBLE Toronto team while the Twins are **** kicking the Yankees.

cmon Aggie, i told ya, twins have always been my #2 team ever since i was a kid...was a huge puckett fan...i see ive rustled some guys ive not seen on here before feathers ;) .  And i sir, am no spy...i just hate tribes board as u know

Agree. I have no idea why an Indian fan is on the site. He can be on here with great intentions, and it still won't end well. There is zero reason for him to be involved in a Twins-Yankees game thread. None.

phew, sensitive... and are u really doin the transitive property thing?  They are all MLB teams..Tribe murdered NY a month ago, and the indians are now 5-1 vs toronto...ya got me, sir.

You are welcome to stay. Always good to have opponents’ povs in the mix. But the topic in this thread is the Twins-Yankees game. While good intentioned, Tribe Talk does come off to some as trolling. Just keep that in mind and try to limit the Cleveland game analysis while we’re trying to watch our game. Thanks.

 

Edit: And, sorry you’re feeling the sting of a loss ... but we’re not sorry the Tribe lost' as you must understand.

The Yankees have had the leadoff man on in 6 innings this series but it feels like so many more than that

Yeah the scorer doesn’t have a choice if the starter goes 5. Just less than 5

Now, can you answer me, if the Yankees end up with 8 on the night (or 9, if Gibson was the pitcher of record for that run), Can Gibson still be awarded the win, must he be awarded the win, or is he not allowed to be awarded the win by the official scorer?

of course i understand..its what makes this fun..this race is gonna be to the bitter end..only thing i hate is that we dont play the last 2 weeks of the season...schedule maker guy failed on that front...

 If he goes 5 and the lead doesn't change he's the pitcher of record

Great question...i thought it was score keeper discrection but it may be totally disallowed if its that high.... in SABR, a 'cheap win' is 5 and giving up 5+ i believe, but i could be wrong
