An unexpected transaction.. C Javier Vazquez is on the ten day IL with a shoulder infection retro to August 6th. Anyone else you'd wonder if the Trojan helmet gave him tetanus. C Jhonny Pereda called up from St Paul.

We have seen what Gasper has and it is clear he doesn't belong up here.  And remember the last time he caught he almost broke an umpire's arm when he missed a pitch.

Think the crowd will be disappointed at Buxton not being active.. makes you wonder if something is amiss.

Because the season is over and they are trying to see what they have. Dude was awesome in the minors. Some guys take time.
