  1. Agree. I wonder who they will send down when they activate Sands. I was thinking it would probably be Adams, but he actually has looked really good his last 3-4 outings.
  2. 100% agree. Thought I would leave that to Peter!!!
  3. Seven walks and two HBP and 0 runs! That’s unfortunate.
  4. Heck, I think he will be successful whatever he does. Baseball or non baseball. He definitely has that ‘it’ factor!
  5. Great win!!!! Cleveland was 0-17 with RISP. It feels like the Twins snatched this one away from Cleveland.
  6. Actually, it’s a no decision for Bradley
  7. Well done!!!! I had a bad feeling going into the bottom of the 11th.
  8. Yes, it will. But, I’m guessing the short term plan is Lee backs up short, Lewis backs up third, Clemens backs up first and Kueschal backs up second. Tight but doable.
  9. I’m curious, can someone smarter (and younger) than me check to see what the records are of this years team vs last year when leading after the 7th inning?
  10. Pretty amazing that this team has a better record than last year’s team with Duran, Varland, Jax, Lopez, Correa……..
  11. The count on Clemons was 3-2. Can you imagine the howling if Buck didn’t run and Kody hit into a double play.
  12. I sometimes wonder if Shelton deserves more credit than he’s getting. Last year on this date, with one of the best bullpens in MLB, the Twins record was 41-46. This year, with the worst bullpen in MLB, they’re 42-46. It just seems like the atmosphere and communication in the clubhouse and dugout are so much better this year. Overall, the team seems to playing looser and having more fun.
  13. Yes, Larnach has only five home runs, but, it feels like he leads the team in balls hit off the wall. Recently, I can think of a couple balls hit high off the wall at Target Field. In the Houston series he hit one off the wall in deep right center that would have been a home run in 26 parks.
  14. Unfortunately, the list of somewhat dependable relievers just got a little shorter.
  15. Nice comeback win! Tough break for Bradley. Leave the game in the 8th inning up 7-0, you would like to think you ‘re getting the W.
  16. The outfield definitely has an abundance of talent. It will be interesting to see how they make it work. It’s crazy, just 7-10 days ago, they had to play Ross and Schobel in the outfield because they didn’t have enough outfielder bodies.
  17. Ah, geez. Was looking forward to Abel starting tomorrow. Also, that means Lawrence will still be with the team tomorrow.
  18. I see Kreidler is starting at short tonight. Thank you!
  19. I hope Kriedler is the starting shortstop tomorrow night.
  20. Yes, Gray has come up with some big hits, but, man his defense is brutal!
