According to Bobby Nightengale, the Twins today outrighted Scott Blewitt, Randy Dobnak, Daniel Duarte, Yunior Severino and Josh Winder. They also picked up Jorge Alcala's option. The 40 man sits at 35.

Severino surprises me a bit. He had decent numbers at AAA and can play multiple positions. I'm surprised he wasn't claimed.

Which means they're keeping Henriquez, Topa, Tonkin, Canterino, Keirsey and Helman for the time being. I would have guessed they would outright Canterino.

Decision time for Tonkin and Topa comes when the team decides to tender them or not.

I saw a clarification on Fangraphs - Winder, Severino, Blewett, and Duarte all elected to hit free agency, whereas Dobnak returned to AAA.
