The twins manager doesn't really put a whole lot of stock in history.  His presser the other day mentioned how he wants to have the team concentrate on the next game, and put previous games out of their mind.  I found it interesting, since scholars think of history as a ways of how we act and react to current or upcoming situations.  At any rate I think the twins manager looks at each lineup as a clean slate.  Otherwise, how can you not react to what guys have previously done on a more consistent basis.

I agree. Gallo must be suffering because Kirilloff is a far better first baseman than Gallo and Gallo should be slightly better than Kirilloff in the outfield. So there must be reasons.
