They moved Gordon to 2B (and he made a nice play.) I think that was the intended upgrade.

But upgrading 2B while downgrading the OF doesn't seem like a win and now you've used your last bench bat (if I'm tracking bench players correctly). It's not the end of the world or anything, but it looks like all the did was move their bad fielder from the IF to the OF and burned a sub to do it.
