I saw yesterday's lineup and thought "Kepler in the cleanup spot? Do they think cleanup means erase the baserunners with a DP ball? This is telling."

Today, I see Garlick and think, "This too is telling."

TBH 1 thru 9 is Yeesh.

A lineup of replacement players (and couple who are playing like it).

I was just about to post a snarky comment about Garlick hitting fourth as a complete synopsis of the first week of the season. Then Garlick hits the wall. Snark withdrawn.

Go Twins!

I am so glad they added Garlick to the roster

Just like any good recipe, eh?

Yeah, I had an old neighbor who ran the Fargo Marathon. She said by the time she finished they were already closing things up. ?

Was she young when she started?

So was this a former neighbor or a neighbor who is elderly? I love the English language.

In Chicago it’s officially over at 3, but they don’t get to my neighborhood to open up the streets until around 3:30-4 … you see a few stragglers on the sidewalks at that point

It's exhausting to even think about running for that long...

You mean lying on the sidewalks?

The Fargo Marathon course is open for a full 7 hours (16min/mile pace). That might be due to city size difference between Fargo and Chicago. ?

I think Bogaerts was below the Mendoza line when this series started. He's now over.300. I'd like to see some Twins follow the same path in the next couple of series.

I guess it's what you define as "old"
