Gibson reminds me of Yu Darvish, a guy with a dozen different pitches, can throw them all, yet somehow he seldom commands them well enough to dominate on a consistent basis. Gibson has a range of sliders and fades, each of which he can throw with various degrees of bend. Sometimes he throws them perfectly, but just as often he bends them too much.
