AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I hate that the umpire feels the need to double down on his mistake by making another one.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Is Cave actually a noticeable downgrade from Rosario? Of all the things that matter, this seems like a blip. I’m far more concerned over the 183 weak pop-ups than Eddie getting mad.
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 He let Springer go on for quite a while He was complaining two batters later. Absolute joke that he wasn't tossed. Eddie should have been too. Looked right at him and said something.

wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 It's all going according to plan!
Otto von Ballpark Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Really enjoying watching these clowns swing & flail away AB after AB - literally making no adjustment.Just by simple chance, with a single approach, they should probably have more hits by now -- maybe even a few extra base hits. But the Twins batters, thanks to the adjustments they have made throughout the game, have been able to continue hitting pop flies.
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 The bonehead stuff continues...Donaldson a few games ago...now Rosario. You just can't do that to your teammates. The BEST thing that could happen now, and I'm serious....is for the rain to come like a monsoon and cause the game to stop....even better if it got to be replayed in its entirety tomorrow, rather than suspended. Twins trying so hard to implode.
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 He was complaining two batters later. Absolute joke that he wasn't tossed. Eddie should have been too. Looked right at him and said something. Neither of them should have been, I don't care what they said. Get some thicker skin or get better at your job.
Twodogs Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Springer kept yelling at the ump for about 5 min in the dugout. I don't care if Rosario gets run had Springer got run too. But you can't let Springer do what he did and then run Rosario. That's BS
T_J Provisional Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Springer and Rosie were two different things. Rosie continued. Rocco should have talked to the ump (like he did during the Donaldson event) to give him a few seconds to breathe. Unlike most here, I'm a huge Rosario fan but I too think he should be fazed out next season.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 How come, in a tie game, I feel like the Twins are down by 3 runs?
bighat Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Defensively, yes.Cave's also a downgrade offensively.
TwinsCD Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Eddie got a warning? Was that before or after the ump completely blew a call? When the ump was pointing at the box and telling him to get back in there, he's most likely also telling Rosie to watch himself. I'd have run him too after the outburst on strike 3.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Cave's also a downgrade offensively.Yes, marginally lately it seems
SF Twins Fan Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Yikes, Odo is giving up some hard hit foul balls. Edit: Apparently Stashak is still in the game.
TouchEmAllGuy Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Keep er Rollin Stashak.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Defensively, yes.I disagree. Cave is +3 DRS mostly in center, Rosario is +3 DRS entirely in left. From what I’ve watched, they’re close to a wash so those numbers feel pretty much right.
TFRazor Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 I like the pace Stashak is working at.
SF Twins Fan Verified Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Hard to say it's similar without knowing what was said. I imagine there are polite and impolite ways to question the calls... Sure but jumping up and down like a 5 year old is pretty ridiculous.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 It was all going so well, too
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted September 30, 2020 Posted September 30, 2020 Keep er Rollin Stashak. This aged well.
