GAME THREAD 8/24/2020: Minnesota Twins @ Cleveland Indians 6:10 CDT

[FlauerPauer]

Arraez is slow

Very slow.

[Tovar12]

Hate to say it, but Buxton would be on the DL after a shoulder rolling slide like that at home..

[sampleSizeOfOne]

What i miss?

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Very slow.

How slow?

[LVTwinsfan]

In the future it’s going to be tough putting starting pitchers in the HOF. I don’t think leading the league in quality starts will impress anyone

[USAFChief]

Anybody mention Arraez is slow?

[FlauerPauer]

Gotta go ahead and let Maeda have the 6th inning or at least start the inning.

[snotboogie]

Hate to say it, but Buxton would be on the DL after a shoulder rolling slide like that at home..

Byron would have pulled in standing up

[FlauerPauer]

How slow?

Like a little faster than Jim Thome slow.

[LVTwinsfan]

Anybody mention Arraez is slow?

I know you’re supposed to send him there but I wouldn’t mind seeing Cruz up with runners on second and third

[LVTwinsfan]

Byron would have pulled in standing up

Thats absolutely right

[sampleSizeOfOne]

Wow!

Weed wacker on a riding lawn mower!

Does it reach beyond the mowing area? Do you use it while driving, and hence stear it into the weeds?

Or does it get an extra control arm to use while stationary and perhaps get locked in place for the former situation?

[Sielk]

Arraez is no Buck, clearly, but he is not terribly slow and he did a great job sliding there.

On the replay I would say it was safe but unfortunately the ump said he was out and the situation not clear enough to overturn the call.

[FlauerPauer]

Gotta love Eddie. Come on Sano!

[LVTwinsfan]

Rosie you’re alright...

[FlauerPauer]

SANO!!!!!!!

[Mill1634]

MIGGY MASHED

[LVTwinsfan]

Eddie never surprises me with the location of the pitches he's able to hit far

That was like eyeball high

[waltomeal]

Take that, Flo!

[MNT1996]

Sano is learning from Cruz... and it's beautiful

[Diesel]

I was wrong about the Sano double. Home run will do!

[notoriousgod71]

Sano is just the most frustrating player ever. For three weeks he can look as miserable as any player in the league but then he puts together ten days like this and all is forgotten... until his next 20 games.

[LVTwinsfan]

Jake!

[Danchat]

When the light bulb is on for Sano, it's night and day. Either an easy out, or mashes everything in the strike zone. Always fun to watch when he's locked in, and we will need this version of him in the playoffs.

[LVTwinsfan]

Sano swinging down. Yes that works

[stringer bell]

Opposite field hits continue.

[Vanimal46]

I don’t know what Cruz wants to do after his playing days. He can stay in the dugout as long as he wants to be associated with the game.

[LVTwinsfan]

Don’t let up on him

[MMMordabito]

Is it just me, or Jake Cave = Cullen Bohanon?

[MNT1996]

Having Thielbar come in does make me a tad bit anxious
