wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Nope, they don't.Nope, but they do play Friday. The world, or the season, won't end if they lose. Not ideal though.
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Weren't there people on last night's GT talking up Odo over Mike? I blame this inning on them. Who's got the anti-jinx juice?
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 I dont understand not shifting Abreu there.
SpicyGarvSauce Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Minimize here Jake, minimize.
SpicyGarvSauce Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 I thought the Twins were paying Castro for his defense?
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Don't forget this rabbit. It closely approximates what the Twins lineup does to opposing pitchers. Ah, the Rally Bunny. Didn't last, for obvious reasons.
SpicyGarvSauce Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Yeah, this pitching staff is fine.
SpicyGarvSauce Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 What is it with the Twins just getting destroyed on day games during the week?
SpicyGarvSauce Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Another uphill battle for this lineup, again.
wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 I really wish that guys would do that more often.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Showing Cruz' stats like that and not including his OPS is a travesty. His OPS has to be close to 2.000 against the Sox.
AlwaysinModeration Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Doesn’t Skole seem like a player that should be on Minnesota, not Chicago?
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Yeah, this pitching staff is fine.very little of that was on Odo. How does Polanco miss the bag on a force? Abreu hits a weak 22 hopper through the SS position. A broken bat humpback liner for an RBI.
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Someone tell the rally squirrel to start stretching and warming up. May need him to make an appearance in a couple of innings.
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 Going into today, Cruz' OPS against the White Sox is 1.897. LOL
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Author Posted August 21, 2019 Double play. Friend of the pitcher. Hope the other friend is about today. Run support.

I was outside with a contractor in the top of the first and wondered how the hell a fielder's choice resulted in no outs. Crikey, Jorge, pull it together.
jimbo92107 Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 So many rally animals, so little time. Varmint size seems to dominate.Rally Bear got surly at some balls and strikes calls, had to be helicoptered to a national park.Rally Elk just wouldn't stand still, too many repairs to the safety netting.Rally Trout flopped around for almost two minutes, pretty good for a fish. Tasted good, too, with beer batter.Rally Horse looked good for a while, but then dropped a huge pile of...memorabilia on the third base line.Rally Snake disappeared somewhere under the dugout bench. Was he venomous? I forget.Couldn't find a jersey big enough for Rally Rhino, probably for the best. Rally Viking looked promising, but he smelled funny...like cheese or something.Rally Anvil and Rally Windmill were impractical. Rally Banjo sounded good, but too happy for Twins fans. Rally Mobile Phone seemed almost ideal, but never paid attention to the game. I guess for now the Rally mantle will go to whatever odd critter sneaks into the game without buying a ticket. May it scamper with inspiring enthusiasm!

I saw the "reached on a FC" on Gameday and just assumed the Twins got the lead runner.
Whammy Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 How is missing the bag not an error?

wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 How is missing the bag not an error? excellent questionSounds like it was just changed to an error. That's got to be an error in that context.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 There is an error on the board at Target Field.
