Buxton 30/30 this year?

I'm thinking 8/184. ducks

[Monkeypaws]

Remember earlier this season when it looked like Buxton wasn't even looking at the ball as he was whiffing on the curveball in the dirt? There was a thread.

The slo mo of that last HR, you saw him tracking that mofo into the seats.

[mikecgrimes]

I wonder if Buxton would of even made it to 2nd if those last two were hit in Fenway those were some line drives

[GCTF]

Pitcher I've never heard of > Vargas

Might not be a bad idea. Imagine him if he ever gets his batting mechanics figured out.

[Darius]

Buxton has arrived.

[Aggies7]

The love/hate relationship I have with this club rivals only that of my schizo ex girlfriend

[Hosken Bombo Disco]

Somewhere, a raindrop falls.

But not in Toronto today.

[Monkeypaws]

Our crew is spot on: this outfield has a chance to be something special. Rosario might be the floor!

[GCTF]

That's a win

[mikecgrimes]

Buxton HOF tracker 25 of 500 HR 5% 182 of 3000 hits 6.06%

[Blake]

2 of three from the Jays, who've been Kryptonite to the Twins?

Good deal.

[TwinsCD]

Maybe I'll get some chicken on my pizza tonight.

Well done, boys.  Take tomorrow off and then run roughshod thru the division opponents this week.  I'm looking forward to seeing ya in Tampa next Monday.

[mickeymental]

any complaints?

[twinsnorth49]

I think this Buxton fellow might be a player someday.

What's with Gibson?

[h2oface]

14 Hits. Don't even think about the 17 Ks against the truly mediocre pitchers Toronto used today, and Sano didn't strike out once! Neither did Buxton (the only guy who didn't that played). Revel in what you can.

I swear my slo pitch team from 30 years ago wore the exact same unis as the Jays are wearing

Hopefully they were laundered some time in these 30 years.

[snepp]

any complaints?

Hildy didn't strike anyone out, typical PtC bullpen piece.

[ashbury]

Welp, just got back from being out and about. How much did we wind up losing by?

[mickeymental]

well, he does have 30 strikeouts (and four walks) in 28-1/3 innings on the season.

next?

It disintegrated long ago

[nmcowboy]

Buxton postgame quote: "Can we play Toronto every game?  Please?"

Well, he didn't actually say it but betcha' he was thinking it.

GO TWINS!  GO BUCK!!!

[snepp]

next?

Sorry, I can't bury my tongue into my cheek any further, that's all I've got.

[AlwaysinModeration]

What's with Gibson?

He's not quite done yet?
