I don't think he's terrible, but at this point he's a decent back up, just a bench guy imo. Occasional DH when it's favorable.

 

That type of player just doesn't have a ton of value despite wowing fans more frequently then guys like Nick Punto or Robby Grossman.  Of course if that sort of player hit's with a little more frequency they can be very valuable.

He's actually pitching very well, nothing is being hit remotely hard.
