So they can try to get a double play instead?  Granted it's Buxton.

I think this says something about the teams vying for the last wild card spot.

 

I also think Seattle would be running away with the wild card if their starting pitching hasn't been on the DL all season.

LaTroy Hawkins, eh? He is terrible. The Twins really need to get a new guy that is good, consistent, and wants to be there. Bert has run his course, and could care less to be there at all the games, and the other "subs" are just terrible.

Both Dozier (bases loaded) and Escobar (two on) striking out at the end of the second.... those are at bats leaders need to do something with. Those at bats kill you with a bullpen like we have.....

These are some poor at bats with runners in scoring  position. Really poor, and against a pitcher in trouble with no control.
