They also use the term here "Rabbit in headlights" instead of "deer in headlights" just because there aren't anywhere close to the number of deer on roads as there are in Minnesota.

I wouldn't fix it on it's own and I've made bear steak and burgers.  The steak was slightly over cooked and the burgers just didn't have the same consistency of traditional ground beef.  It needed to be mixed with ground beef or ground sausage.

The steak was ok but I prefer most other types.
