I believe Festa has the dreaded 'thoracic outlet' thingy, or whatever they call that nowadays. Recovery has been spotty for guys who suffer that type of injury, but some do come back completely. So at least there's hope.
Trout was an absolutely insane talent between 2012 and 2022. His stats are what we all hoped Buxton might someday produce (but never did). Somewhere in those 10 years, Trout might have been the best baseball player of all time. Age and injuries have reduced his productivity considerably these last 4 seasons.
