Noah Davis signed a minor league deal with the Pirates.  Literally one of the worst pitchers in the history of MLB.  Highest ERA by any MLB pitcher with at least 60 IP since 1890.  How is he still getting a chance?

Staumont had a strange tenure with the Twins. If I remember correctly,  he didn't give up a single earned run for the first 2 or 3 months of the season, then imploded and was released another month later. What iniitally looked like a great signing ended up being a train wreck.

As the Dodgers planned the entire time, a week after claiming him on waivers and then putting him back on waivers, Ryan Fitzgerald cleared waivers and they now have him for their AAA team.

Anthony Misiewicz signed a minor league deal with the Reds. He had a couple of appearances with the Twins last year.

I didn't see it noted earlier, LaMonte Wade Jr. signed a minor league deal with the White Sox. Wade got away from the Twins for a (bad) lottery ticket Shaun Anderson. I always thought that the Twins could have moved one of Jake Cave or Wade and chose the wrong guy.

I suppose this is more of a "where are they not" than a "where are they now", but for old friend Carlos Correa, he will not be at the 2026 World Baseball Classic

The reason?  The insurer agreed upon by MLB and the union has deemed him uninsurable, and he'd risk forfeiting his contract if he got injured
