I'm actually working on an article of my own as a response to the recent Pitching Pipeline article... documenting all of the pitching prospects we've had since 2017. You can imagine what the conclusion will be.

I would still bet that Skubal is on some sort of pitch count, but it's likely more nuanced than a hard stop after two times through the order or refuse to let him go over 100 pitches.  Even Hinch would likely not want Skubal to go over 110 pitches in an outing.
