The laz a faire approach many choose to take is incorrect IMO

I interpet the player's las a faire approach as "my contract it guaranteed so I'm getting paid no matter what".

This is worse because our pitching is better but Rocco doesn't know how to manage his pitchers or his offense ...

In 2021 they started like 14-28 and then went 59-61 the rest of the way. I don't see this team doing that.

Worse.  an

IF they lose to the White Sox by scores worse than 4-16, 3-13 and 1-11, Then it is worse.

I'll spare you all (especially just after another bullpen melt down and a big Castro error) another old guy rant about AppleTV and its invasive coverage, "interesting" announcers, and stat madness. I did find it funny, however, that in the last of the first with Larnach at bat, and a couple of guys on, the ceaseless, AI generated (?) stat dance gave Larnach a 0% possibility of grounding into a double play!

White Sox beat up on the Red Sox tonight. Sock on sock crime

Burn that bullpen Rocco. Paddock's good for a solid 8 tomorrow.

Still nobody has answered the question if festa was on a pitch count

Feels like this defense is good for 2 errors per game. There was an article this offseason titled "This infield might be a disaster" and they were 100% correct.

With the pitching they have, I could see it. The hitters will regress to the mean to a degree, there's no way some of these guys continue to hit as poorly as they are.

This team feels way more disengaged. They don't care. And they have a lot of tradeable guys. They might actually play better once they dump as many vets as possible.

Afraid to believe you because it sounds like sarcasm but I will believe you 😂

These guys have to know their manager is on the hot seat, yet they still play like.....they don't care?

That probably says all we need to know about this team right now.

Why would you assume Baldelli is on the hot seat? There is nothing stating this anywhere.

I was typing up a similar response. This franchise has always been slow to fire coaches/GMs, Rocco is Falvey's guy and Falvey is alone atop the power structure of this organization.
