Tigers have also lost 81 games. They play the Dodgers later and could be eliminated today. I hope they win and keep remotely in the race as well.

Can't believe Span didn't make the cut when it was 2. I've never been more disappointed....

Also MN clinching on an off day with another Cleveland loss would be the most fitting way for this division to wrap up.

I kinda want Cleveland to win tomorrow, so we can all celebrate together via Game Thread.

Tigers win! This greatly improves the chance that the Twins clinch on the field, as the Kitties next go to Oakland (they do play tomorrow night).

Detroit beat the Dodgers late Wednesday night, so both Cleveland and Detroit must lose Thursday to start the party. Guardians home vs Baltimore, Tigers at Oakland.

We’ve talked about Cleveland, but it looks to me like the last team the Twins will eliminate is Detroit.

It came to pass, as both Cleveland and Detroit won. 

With tonight’s schedule, even if Cleveland loses its 7:10 Eastern game, the Twins don’t clinch yet, thanks to Detroit also being alive. Thus, the Twins (8:10 Eastern) do have things in their hands by being able to win before Detroit loses (9:40 Eastern).

There's also a race between the Twins and Brewers tonight to see who clinches first. A Brewers win at Miami clinches their playoff spot; if the Cubs lose their matinee today, that win would clinch the NL Central as well.
