LA Vikes Fan Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Wow Kepler with an opposite field double and Cave with a homer?! Which team is this and where have they been?
RpR Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 MIranda hits the pitch that normally kills him, I think he was waiting for that one.
wabene Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Miranda must've seen something in that video he watched in the dugout ?

CRF Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Now,...we need one of these stellar relief pitchers to actually HOLD a lead for a change.

I was just stating, fairly, that Cave is a veteran of sorts and he will come through despite all the criticism against him.

I'm a little sceptical of that number, but whoever called Minnesota flat hasn't hoofed it around Duluth. Eagle Mountain is 2300 feet above sea level which is 15 miles from Lake Superior which is 600 feet above sea level. Steep incline!
CRF Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Yeah baby! We be doin sum spelunking ta day!
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Past the questionable pitchers used, I'm liking this game

Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 4 doubles this inning. I approve!
rwilfong86 Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 Just turned the game on after traveling today, pleasantly surprised with the offensive output.

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 I'm off work this week and made myself a 'honey do' list ... I'm my own 'honey' ... cleaning off my desk unit ... which is a custom built desk to fit a particular space in my condo. So far I've 'found' a royalty/residuals check for $95 I hadn't yet deposited, a 'winning' lottery ticket (just the power ball matched), and 56 cents ... woohoo!

CRF Verified Member Posted August 28, 2022 Posted August 28, 2022 WOW! Did you see the graphic they just showed about the amount of complete games by pitchers? That is frickin amazing and shows how much the game has changed over the last 50 years.
