Yup, something's wrong with Duffey's arm. His curve never just floats in like that. He's not getting the usual bite downwards, which means he's got some kind of muscle pull in his forearm. This is bad.

Duffey is reaching the end of his time as a Twin. Even those scoreless outings are not very decent. He looks so defeated and imminently hittable.

They finally pulled Duffey. Should have been immediately after that home run but Rocco never learns.

Well, this is now a save situation. But it is kinda hard to bring him in now, what with him already pitching.

 

If they put him in left field and let someone else pitch to one batter, would that count?

Yes he did, but Palacios has been pure gold at shortstop for the Twins since his call up. He looks more and more comfortable at the plate too.
