Have we reached the "Bundy is horrible, we never should have signed him" part of the game?

I don't think this game comes with one of those.  I expect it to be included with a Yankees or Blue Jays game though.

Y'know, this is a fine part of the season for Buxton to be slumping. Just get hot when we face the good teams, and nobody will care that much.

I wouldn't say Buxton is in a slump although I did in another thread. I think he does have an ailment that has severely impacted his stroke. Unless he has been working with Sano. I would rather have him hot against other Central teams unless he plans on being in a slump until October. He may end this game below the Mendoza line which is not that uncommon any more. Meanwhile, hang on for another sweep.

He's 0 for his last 24.  Even though I agree that he's not right, that classifies as a slump in my book.

Didn't get a good look at that play there. Would a taller first baseman catch that without pulling his foot?

I don't think so, though maybe if you combined a few more inches with a little more experience at the position. But he had to come off the base quite a bit.

No.  Just a terrible throw.  Fast enough runner but Gio rushed it more than necessary.

I'd rather him be more steady, than his current hitting.

Obviously I would too, but if a player is going to slump, it'd be better vs the 18 game stretch vs the A's/Tigers/Royals rather than the Astros/Dodgers/White Sox.

Looks like a small crowd there.

I think it's regular crowd, I just have have small eyes, today.

2 observations:

1) I like the YouTube announcing duo.  They do a nice job.

2) Twins should have at least 6 runs right now, and they are risking letting this one slip away.  Need to close the deal.

Is it just me or does it seem like Jax is walking more guys lately?

9 walks in 21 innings isn't very good.

No, not exactly ideal for a reliever either.

when you watch it on youtube and they don't play the commercials (and aren't going to the restroom/concessions in breaks at the park) it really highlights how slow the game gets with commercial breaks.
