I don't think it's the right thing to put good in the same sentence as Angel Hernandez.

What about "Good God, Angel Hernandez is not good at umpiring"?

Wait, the tigers new catch is named Dustin Garneau? Is he bizarro Justin morneau?

He played with Detroit last year too. He's been in the majors since 2015, which I didn't know until I looked it up on BR just now.

If it had been warmer, I would have been at this game. Being that I don't want to use my precious flex plan tics when it is 50 degrees, I appreciate being able to watch an enjoyable game on a night before I don't have to get up at 3:15 am. Thank you Twins and thank you Joe Ryan.

If Coulombe can have a quick, uneventful ninth. The entire bullpen should be available tomorrow.

If Coulombe has an eventful inning with a 5 run lead, we are in REAL trouble. ?

Twins win!!

Kepler continues his hot stretch, Jeffers crushes the baseball once again, and Larnach has a nice night. The Twins were perfect in the field, and the Nelson Cruz trade looks like one of the best the Twins have pulled off in my lifetime. I won't be able to watch tomorrow, so I fully expect the Twins to put up the most exciting game of the year.

Until Friday,

ENJOY YOUR CHICKEN!

My prediction: Baez spoils the shutout.

Luckily, you didn't j**x it!

Popeye's? Ugh.  I hope that is only a chicken dinner we have against Detroit.

Amazing that the Twins are winning these games with virtually nothing from Correa, Polonco and Sano. In fact Correa has more k's so far than Sano. Wonder when this guy will finally bust out? Sano is a notorious slow starter. But Twins are getting great pitching and winning begets winning. Well done!

I really like that Joe Ryan has picked up pretty much where he left off last season.  He looks like an acey type pitcher in the making.  I hope some of those other Young guns in the minors can make something happen also.

Dick isn’t even considering the possibility that Ryan could pitch the 8th. If he can’t do it with how well he’s pitched tonight, I’m not sure anyone will

Walker Buehler pitched a complete game shutout in AZ two nights ago. It can be done, just ain't gonna be by Ryan - at least not this year.
