howeda7 Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Rocco and the gang are privy to how the injured guys are doing, but I seriously think we'd have gotten more out of Wade this series than Kep, sad to say.I feel like Rocco "rewarded" Kepler and Gibson by giving them spots when he shouldn't have.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Garver is the momentum kryptonite
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 The impossible can be done!!!
howeda7 Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 I enjoyed your last bomba as a Twin Eddie.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 JHFC Garver. He's been awful on both sides of the ball.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Author Posted October 8, 2019 There is magic in the airNow could he pull out a walrus?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 What, you had something better to do the first seven innings than help them get back into the game? There will be fighting back Luckily Eddie kept his eyes open when he went after 'em.
Don Walcott Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 JHFC Garver. He's been awful on both sides of the ball. The ball is round.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 What I’m worried about, if this ends up being a loss to tie the North American sports playoff loss record, is that the twins morph into the Viking levels of choking. I can take one team choking but not twoThe Vikings at least occasionally get to the NFC Championship before needing the Heimlich maneuver.

insagt1 Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 not wanting to sound like a real jerk, but it might be that Rogers not being able to keep Yanks off the board may be the difference in this game. So many shoulda coulda woulda's in this game. If only Eddie's 2nd inning blast was a little more to center, it would have gone out. As it turns out we never got that run. So we now have to deal with Chapman. Our hope is that he is wild,.But we have been swinging at bad pitches all series....so may not matter.

mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Momentum, not with the yanks, slo everything down
MNT1996 Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 I enjoyed your last bomba as a Twin Eddie. I hope you're right. Hopefully the FO flips Eddie for a reliever or a starter and Larnach will be ready to go for next year.
wickedslider Provisional Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 I feel like Rocco "rewarded" Kepler and Gibson by giving them spots when he shouldn't have. I agree 100% on Gibson. Kepler I'm 50-50 on. He has played a serviceable center field. But his hitting isn't anywhere near where he was when he was close the being the team's MVP.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 The ball is round.you sure?
LaBombo Verified Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 Well, that answers THAT question...
glunn Community Moderator Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 I wish that Astudillo had made the playoffs.
wickedslider Provisional Member Posted October 8, 2019 Posted October 8, 2019 passed balls, strike outs, Garver is poster child if failure this series.Yeah he has been dreadful which sucks because he is my favorite player.
