Rocco and the gang are privy to how the injured guys are doing, but I seriously think we'd have gotten more out of Wade this series than Kep, sad to say.

I feel like Rocco "rewarded" Kepler and Gibson by giving them spots when he shouldn't have.

What I’m worried about, if this ends up being a loss to tie the North American sports playoff loss record, is that the twins morph into the Viking levels of choking. I can take one team choking but not two

The Vikings at least occasionally get to the NFC Championship before needing the Heimlich maneuver.

not wanting to sound like a real jerk, but it might be that Rogers not being able to keep Yanks off the board may be the difference in this game. So many shoulda coulda woulda's in this game. If only Eddie's 2nd inning blast was a little more to center, it would have gone out. As it turns out we never got that run.

 

So we now have to deal with Chapman. Our hope is that he is wild,.But we have been swinging at bad pitches all series....so may not matter.

I hope you're right. Hopefully the FO flips Eddie for a reliever or a starter and Larnach will be ready to go for next year.

I agree 100% on Gibson. Kepler I'm 50-50 on. He has played a serviceable center field. But his hitting isn't anywhere near where he was when he was close the being the team's MVP.
