David HK Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Got stuff to do, so can't follow the live feed- Did Eddie run out his single this time?
twinsnorth49 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Bats need to pick up Gibby tonight, far too early to pin the game on him, especially against this team. If they can't put together some runs it's on them.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 It’s 3 runs in the second. Twins can absolutely come back
tvagle Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Just Guessing but didn't seem like Rosie was flying into second on that bobble
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Cmon Luis!
notoriousgod71 Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Littell only asked to face one batter. Not like we have an entire game to get through, Rocco.
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 They certainly have right to boo. But seriously? The disappointment if the entire state? Hahahahaha. No. Not close. You're right. The "nutritionist" at St. Cloud High School is probably number 1 right now. Well really that whole administration. Gibson probably slots in at #2.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Good eye!
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Indians now up 2-0 over the minor league tigers. Oooo boy it’s getting hairy around here sports fans
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Schoop, Mr, Clutch, oh boy
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Was trying reverse jinx, we is in trouble
ScrapTheNickname Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 If Cleveland catches us, Gibson's fingerprints will be on the murder weapon.Yes, it is true. But the cops will be confused because of the many other fingerprints found on said weapon.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Seriously how ****ing bad is Detroit? Like, can’t even win a measly game against Cleveland ? I hope gardy is canned the second the last out is made
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Cleveland up 4-0.heard they won like 16 or 17 in a row against the kitties, you know they r watching our score
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 heard they won like 16 or 17 in a row against the kitties, you know they r watching our score...and feeding on it.
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 It’s 3 runs in the second. Twins can absolutely come backWith Schoop in the lineup hitting with runners in scoring position, I am not sure about that.
FlauerPauer Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Yes, Rocco, let's bring in the guy with a 6.45 ERA and a 1.70 WHIP instead of letting Littell pitch another inning...
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 I'm not exactly sure why you wouldn't leave Littell in for at least one inning.
High heat Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Why are we not giving these young guys starts. Gibson is terrible and should be done as a twin.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 FFS tomorrow is a bullpen game? Omg
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Schoop, Mr, Clutch, oh boyI don't expect anything positive when Schoop is hitting with RISP.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 With Schoop in the lineup hitting with runners in scoring position, I am not sure about that. still plenty of time for 5 solo home runs!
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 FFS tomorrow is a bullpen game? OmgThe way it's going, half of the remaining games will be BP games.
insagt1 Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Royals get 2 with two outs. Twins typically get nothing as Schoop hits a lazy fly to left. Its real easy to get steamed about tonites game. Instead of taking advantage of a team going nowhere...and playing at home in a crucial series, Twins are playing with the same emotion as they did last night. Is Rocco making it too easy to accept losses? Is he too busy telling us how good these guys still 'look' while losing? Is there any sense of the importance of these games? Now Thorpe is in. Almost seems like he is conceding this one already. Anyone think that last bases loaded walk will be the last batter Gibson faces as a Twin? (I know, now cue 'relax its early'; its not a must win, these guys will be fine) For those who are thinking that, I hope you're right!!!
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 LOL, yikes. That's rough. Interviewing 5 year-olds, huh? What do you ask them: "Where do you see yourself in 5 years?"When my son was in second grade they had an art assignment to imagine themselves 100 years from now. He drew himself dead and buried underground. Truly an LOL moment.
jz7233 Provisional Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Why are we not giving these young guys starts. Gibson is terrible and should be done as a twin.Schoop and Gibson. I don't want to see them in Twins uniform next season!
Halsey Hall Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Bremer has had more errors this season than the Twins.
VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 20, 2019 Posted September 20, 2019 Not to conger up horror stories or anything, but the Twins have a smaller lead now than the '64 Phillies did with the same starting pitching situation, i.e. Bunning and Short and then.......?????
