So, Indians have Philly at home who still have a faint glimmer of hope for the wildcard...very faint, the White Sox on the road who are not good, but have a good core of talent, and finish at Washington who really needs to play well to hang on to the wildcard.  That last series is the most interesting one in baseball to me.  Two teams that need to win to get in...playoff baseball a few days early.

Eddie Rosario’s statcast sprint speed has gone from the 87th percentile to the 57th. Maybe he’s just not fast anymore?

Maybe Rosario needs to retire soon or just becomes a full-time DH somewhere else.

I couldn't get to the keyboard in time to say 'in my head I saw Sano circling the bases'. BTW...THAT was a very good AB for him. With 2 strikes he didn't sucker for those low outside pitches...then he fouled off a couple to stay alive before depositing one in Wyoming somewhere.

 

So Gibson will not get charged with an 'L' in his final Twins appearance. Rocco has to perhaps reconsider his pitching choices now. Does he trust Thorpe with the lead?

Gotta have a short leash with Thorpe, we got the lead now if ya didnt know  rocco,  Gotta think tonight only right now,  gonna be a tough week pitching wise, Pull him -  think tonight only!!!!!
