Now, I'm only familiar with you from a couple of game threads. But, You seem to generally bring good information and a good attitude to the board. I have no problem with you discussing Cleveland results in-real-time on a gamethread here, because gamethreads are made to go on tangents a little bit, anyway. I also have no problem with you making a post about analysis regarding the rest of the Twins' and Tribe's seasons because this is a gamethread, and that analysis bears on this game and the rest of our teams' games this season. So, I think if you simply decline to respond to posters in a personal manner who decide they need to deem you a troll in a gamethread, it would do wonders towards suggesting that you are not, in fact, a troll. You only have control over yourself. If someone wants to address something about you, you should be allowed to respond with regards to yourself in any way. "I'm not a troll, but I'm adding to the discussion in a way you may not necessarily appreciate yourself, and I understand. Thank you for your concern." Asking someone "do you own this part of the internet?" may be taken the wrong way, in that it doesn't contribute to the discussion. I don't think, given anything you posted about the Tribe or Twins in this thread that you should have been considered a troll to begin with, but how you respond, even to spurious claims matters as well. I think if you keep personal charges/attacks/insinuations away from other posters, they can make any claim they want, but they'll be left without a leg to stand on for anybody with the smallest amount of critical thinking skills. Anyway, looking forward to your next post~
