Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 I almost can’t blame Arraez on that play. Almost. Also, Cave can you do two things for me: 1. Not step our of the batters box and risk being called out on a dead ball 2. Let it hit you leg
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 This freaking team, good God. Seems to me you should probably turn off the game and let your blood pressure normalize.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Advice: It's tremendously easy to do. The Tough part is getting them out. pro tip: the farther you push them in, the easier it becomes to get them out.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Way to take one for the team Jake! Not!ugh, right?
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 T-BONEEEEENah, there's already a T-Bone in the league.
Linus Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 It’s been sloppy baseball for a month. I think this is the first difficult situation Baldelli has to deal with. Kumbaya May no longer been the best managerial strategy
David HK Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Dang, Sano looked like ol' Cesare Maniago with that save. Good play by the big fella.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Not a good night for Ah-rize.
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 So I have to admit I am a bit ashamed of myself. I had a rough day at work, so I stopped off at my usual little neighborhood bar on the way home, intending to have just one. Well, one turned into 5 or 6, and I shouldn't have driven home, but I did. I carefully peeled the label off my last beer, and stuck it in my shirt pocket. Sure enough, I got pulled over on the drive home from the bar. I quickly pulled the beer bottle label out of my pocket, licked it, and stuck it to my forhead. The nice officer walked up to my window, and said "You were weaving, sir. Have you been drinking?" I pointed to the label, and said, "No officer. I'm trying to quit. I'm on the patch."Concur. We're all a bit ashamed of you too.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Not a good night for Ah-rize.Serves me right for being positive about a player. That wasn’t routine though
IndianaTwin Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 I'm also in it for" Most raisins up a single nostril". Reminds me of one of my pastor friends who went to visit an elderly parishioner. The parishioner had to go to the bathroom, and it took awhile. Not having had lunch, the pastor started to notice the bowl of raisins on the coffee table, and succumbing to temptation, picked out one to nibble on. The potty break dragged on and on, and eventually the pastor finished off the entire bowl. When the parishioner came back, my friend had to confess and apologized, “I’m so sorry, but I just ate the entire bowl of raisins.” “Oh, that’s no problem,” the parishioner said. “I already sucked off all the chocolate.”
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Who else **** their pants when the ball left Davis' bat?
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 pro tip: the farther you push them in, the easier it becomes to get them out. With my talent... Just one time through my system.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Yikes. This team has just been flat out of the break
David HK Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 **Sigh** I can't even be bothered to be miffed, nor surprised.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Earlier this year, we'd have total confidence that the offense could bring it back... now we have no hope when our starter throws "the Pineda".
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Yikes. This team has just been flat out of the breakOut of may*
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Man I really believed. I really did. Can not believe what I’m seeing before my eyes
HawksNest Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 It sucks that it feels like this...but a two run lead seems insurmountable right now. I don't want to believe it, but the offense just seems to be in such a funk. It's weird. Hoping we can get the bats going here.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Profar!!!We're happy for you.
ashbury Verified Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 **Sigh** I can't even be bothered to be miffed, nor surprised.Numb, yet not silent. Sort of like me at the dentist's office.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 Back in the day, a 3-1 deficit was LOL Not so much anymore. Also, I’m going for the reverse-jinx angle here, if the baseball gods will allow that
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted July 19, 2019 Posted July 19, 2019 We're happy for you. The "We're" part is questionable. Along with "Happy".
