Who cares. Runs are runs. Take 'em when you can get them. Maybe more importantly, he's probably only going to last this one inning or maybe one more. Get at least one more arm out of their bullpen used.

Just watched that. That looked awful. Poor guy. Always hoped he was going to be a beast for the Twins. Hope this isn't career ending; although, it sure looked like it might be.

Something I liked: Bremer throwing LoMo under the bus. Not because I dislike LoMo but rather that it was kind of funny.

 

Something I didn't like: Bert's oblivion to OPS. Either a.) He's just that clueless, or b.) He was just being a(n) (expletive). Either way, kinda annoying.

ok well specifically be i mean how many Championships has Michael Brantley ever won? After all this time on the Greatest team the AL Central central has ever seen(sarcasm included) and all his trips to the DL, I am perfectly fine with the way things turned out. Also, if I had a choice to start Brantley or Rosario in left field I would pick our guy every time. Is Brantley a good player? Of course I can't deny that. He is not a leader, he is not durable, and he has never helped take a team to an elite level. Their window of opportunity in Cleveland has been open for almost his entire career and he has never ever been a difference maker. Without looking up any statistics, there were plenty of other answers available to the Astros other than him. I am not going to apologize for thinking Houston made a big mistake when they did their roster revamp this offseason. The way the injury bug hits their middle infield they will be sorry that Gonzalez is in a Twins uni. I guess i put more stake in winning Championships than i do launch angles, exit velocity, and batting average against on balls put in play. (is that BAAbpip). We will get to see first hand how it all plays out. I just hope the Twins are still playing in October.

You really believe that simply having been on a championship TEAM automatically makes you a clutch player, and never being on a championship TEAM makes you unclutch?
