Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Dude I get taking a chance but that was suicide
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Milk was a bad choice... So is giving CJ Cron the green light to run there.
LaBombo Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 WTFWASTHAT??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cron looked like a last place finisher at a tractor pull as he rounded third... how do you send him???????????????
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Giles has started every hitter with that slider. You would think guys would be sitting on it. Yet no one has swung at it.
Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Something something 'gluten for punishment'.And all I can say now is “soy un perdedor”
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Schoop ran for Cruz when he should have ran for Cron? Somehow, not sure how that works

twinssporto Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Cron was sucking wind after he rounded 2nd base.
Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Schoop ran for Cruz when he should have ran for Cron? Somehow, not sure how that worksCruz was the leading runner, and he's slow, so it made sense to pinch run the tying run. It was unfortunate that Cron got him out at second, but there's not much you can do about that.

Aggies7 Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 DisagreeWell I won’t stand for that!
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 At least gameday seems to have listened to m complaint about "no out" when it is a hit resulting in a baserunning out. I guess that is a lining of silv... cop... brass.

But true, not worth second guessing.

jkcarew Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Nice stroke by Buxton in a high-pressure PA...that part of it was nice to see.

Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Is it just me or does Morris have this continual tone of disdain for the current day's game?I'm not listening, and I could have told you that.
Yawn Gardenhose Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Of course hindsight is 20-20, I actually didn't mind them sending Cron there. Forced the Jays to make the play. More disappointed in the Garver at-bat that preceded the Buxton AB. Two losses against what looks to be a 95-loss Toronto team...seems like it's always a struggle when the Twins play the Jays.
mudcat14 Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Falvey/Levine did absolutely nothing in the off-season to address the bullpen. Blake Parker? Give me a break. Kimbrel still sits out there waiting for the phone to ring. 3/$52 would better Wade Davis' annual salary, and get him signed.
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 OFFER Kimball 2.5 mill month for 6 months.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted April 17, 2019 Posted April 17, 2019 Well, thanks all for solice and such during these trying times. Twinns are still tied for first pending the Cleveland game. Too early for scoreboard watching?
