Game Thread: Twins @ Miami, 11:10 CDT August 1st 2019

What’s Dyson’s return policy if you only use it once?

[TFRazor]

Did he forget how to pitch on the flight?

[wsnydes]

What’s Dyson’s return policy if you only use it once?

Would that qualify as "gently used"?

[jz7233]

His pitches are either in the middle of the plate or mostly way outside nowhere near the plate.

[FlauerPauer]

22% of his season walks have happened this inning.

[TFRazor]

Why is he in this game? Was tomorrow too late to use him for the first time?

[nicksaviking]

Would that qualify as "gently used"?

This doesn’t look too gentle.

[Jerr]

Please, please, please end this Mr. Rogers....

[TwinsCD]

BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

[FlauerPauer]

Yikes. Not exactly what you want to see.

[TFRazor]

I want rogers in this game. Like now.

[VATwinsFan]

Not worry, Taylor's got it -- strike out and then a double play.

[Mill1634]

Yikes. And now we are forced to use Rogers three days in a row, two of which he had no business pitching in. Please, please, please shut this down Taylor.

On the bright side, Dyson can really only go up from here

[FlauerPauer]

Rogers basically needs to K, K, Fly ball/ground ball for an out to keep this win.

[wsnydes]

This doesn’t look too gentle.

Oh, well hopefully they still have the original box he came in...

[jz7233]

Why is he in this game? Was tomorrow too late to use him for the first time?

Rocco used Rogers last night and the night before.

[TwinsFanSince86]

Literally can't make this up.

[yarnivek1972]

This is going well.

Where are all those people who said they were satisfied with Dyson and Romo?

Those comments sure aged well.

[Darius]

Rough first outing for Dyson.

I was saying all along that they don’t need to make any trades....

[mrtwinsfan]

ITS NOT LIKE RODGERS THREW ALOT THE LAST 2 NIGHTS, if ur gonna use him Rocco, = and Dyson could of premiered tomm, night at home, dont get ?

[lukeduke1980]

Meanwhile Blake Parker is breezing through the 6th for Philly.

[Jham]

Dyson: the only thing he saves is money.

[TFRazor]

Now rogers can't find the zone

[FlauerPauer]

What the hell has happened here?

[yarnivek1972]

Of the roughly 50 pitches Romo and Dyson have thrown as Twins they have gotten exactly 4 swinging strikes.

Against the Marlins.

[VATwinsFan]

Wow.

[TFRazor]

Hollllllllyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy crap....

[bighat]

This is going to be a gut-punch of a loss.

[TouchEmAllGuy]

Tough one for the boys
