So I got home really late last night, well past 0230.  

 

Mrs Chief was waiting for me..."You said you'd be home by 11:45!"

 

But this wasn't the game thread, and there WOULD be math involved.

 

"No, honey," I said.  "I told you I'd be home by a quarter of 12."

I like Rosario beating the shift with a bunt. Yes, it takes away from a chance for a HR in the particular instance, but in the long run he'll benefit.
