[D. Hocking]

I bought a horse.

I hope  try number two was a better match.

And no, nobody survived the Fitzgerald, let's hope that's not the case for this season.

Are you implying that Chief is Nobody?

[jokin]

Wow, he really is at 3rd.

That's why I posted it.

[Richie the Rally Goat]

Baa-ram-ewe, baa-ram-ewe. To your breed, your fleece, your clan be true. Sheep be true. Baa-ram-ewe.

that'll do pig. That'll do

It wouldn't do you much good without an interpreter.

Between those two lines of type is something very disturbing or ultra amazing or both.

Hocking, you went too far man, you went to far. Horses don't wear wedding gear, that's too high maintenance. Why would a human marry one of them if they had to throw out the cash for that?

To answer for North - No. he's just really old and people sometimes neglect our senior citizens. We need to be more mindful.

I read MAD magazine all the time.

She's quite little philly though. But you're on the money. Au naturale, baby.

Baaa baa baa.

[Pitz]

I believe it's pronounced la machina

[Bark's Lounge]

Something from the old archives. We need the sweep!

[stringer bell]

My money league that i have him in, i'm hoping for 9IP 0H 0R 27K

On 81 pitches?

[Mr. Brooks]

Too much youth on this team. OBP is gonna be a problem in my opinion.

Nunez... I'm enjoying his .453 Small Sample Size and wondering why Santana is leading off instead. I'd rather ride the hot hand at the top of the lineup.

I'm not saying they have many better options, in fact that's my point.

Any team with no better options than DanSan or Nunez at leadoff isn't as talented as they think.

Though personally, I'd leadoff Mauer.

It's very anti old school, but he's the perfect leadoff hitter IMO, high OBP and rarely hits a HR.

[Hrbowski]

Buster Olney just tweeted that Doc Hamann was the worst pitcher ever. I took a look at his Baseball Reference page, and realized he was from Minnesota.

[HitInAPinch]

ok, Marni pronounces it a Bear - E -  ohs

Good enough for me....

WRONG!

[formerly33]

Alright ... ya'll stop bickering right now. The proper pronunciation, according to the young pitcher himself, is Buh-RI-os.

Enough is enough.

WRONG!

 I speak Marni.....

Wrong. It is Joe Berry.

[MindFreak]

On 81 pitches?

That might be some kind of record

[MindFreak]

Should be able to get the game in, looks like the rain is moving north at a decent clip. If i could copy/paste a print screen worth a damn,...

[formerly33]

I speak Marni.....

<facepalm> Don't tell me I'm going to have to do what you're too afraid to do and write a letter to Marney explaining that she's corrupting her impressionable audience with mispronunciations of Jose's name.

[Hrbowski]

Winnah!

[stringer bell]

Wrong. It is Joe Berry.

Reminds me of the Bob Clemente baseball card I had from the early 60s.

Joe Berry is just a joke based on some wacky posts, but Roberto Clemente deserved to be known by the name he wanted to be known by. Bob Clemente... weird. Americanization at a very low point.

[NoCryingInBaseball]

Guess a 7:45 start is official now...

[Brock Beauchamp]

I assume we're under delay? I just flipped on game and it's a perpetual commercial break.

Though it's not raining at my house 3-4 miles from TF.

[Mr. Brooks]

AP reporting that Tyler Duffey sold 10% of his future earnings for 2.23 million.

Interesting. I'd never heard of this before but I guess this company has about a dozen other clients over Mlb,nfl and PGA.

I'm probably always taking it if I'm the player, considering the only way you end up "losing" on the deal is if you make more money than you'd ever need.

[LaBombo]

Anxious Twins fans shown earlier making their way to Berrios' debut via public transportation...
