How does he not know English? All the extras on MASH at least spoke SOME English? I thought it was the national language.

 

Was that not filmed on site in Korea?

And I for one appreciate the realists on TD.

I miss the Master of Snark immensely! There was/is none better ... can't imagine anyone wearing that crown other than him!

 

We've had word from him that family and work has overtaken his time, but all is well.

Good point - - they were so detailed and authentic with the early 50's clothes and hair styles you really felt you were in 1953 Korea.  Maybe he speaks with a Winchester Bostonian accent.

 

One of the radio guys (Derek Whetmore?) was saying that he is under the impression that he has a fairly good understanding of English.

Well, if you recall ChiTown, Snepp went DEEP undercover to investigate Moderator-Gate 2015, and provide insight for the Sunday morning interview on my game thread.... I don't think he's ever been able to recover from that operation.
