Might be the biggest win of the season thus far. Two out of 4 against the best team in baseball? I will take it. Hopefully this jumpstarts Mauer and Vargas as well.

I'd like to apologize. I watched the entire game up until Mauer's final at bat. Apparently I was the jinx.

The odds of Mauer and Vargas both getting HR in their last at bats had to be something like 5,000:1

Funny, the Cardinals announcers were just talking about how he closely resembles David Ortiz, and then he went all David Ortiz.

I loved how they got all quiet and mumbley after that. Basically, "well, game over, where do you wanna go grab some lunch?"
