Yes indeed.  The Twins usually shop at the dollar store not an official free agent list.  Plus any pitcher the Twins do sign must have arm troubles and due for surgery.

Big question to me is how many RP they bring in, and how many are on guaranteed contracts versus on ST invites.

Vasquez looks pretty good on the list of FA catchers. So do Luis Arraez and Ty France at 1B. I wonder how Arraez is at fielding at 1B? Looks like Arraez is middle of the pack in fielding at 1B. He sure can hit.

He sure doesn't score runs.  Not like some sort of all-time great.  Has he ever scored 90?  Nor does he drive them in.

For the bullpen: Give me Edwin Diaz, a return of Coulumbe and a trade for a RH set-up guy and pick up Topa's option.

For 1B: Give me Arreaz for ~$10 million.

Bring back Willi Castro. He'll be cheap. 

For back-up C: Anyone but Vazquez.

I'd guess the Twins don't give out any multi year deals. Unless it's just a team option with a modest buyout.
