Varland certainly isn't. 

The hope is that SWR can lock in a spot in the back half of the rotation. 

Ober is entrenched. 

Is that really a "pipeline?" SWR is the closest anybody has come to sticking in the last 3 years. Ober is the only other starting arm this FO has graduated since 2017. Again, is that really a "pipeline?"
