USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 Dodgers trade for Glasnow. Twins trade for Desclafani. Kinda the same.
OvertheHill Verified Member Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 Some year the Twins will come out of Spring Training actually looking ready to hit. But not this year apparently. And Wallner, no, you haven’t earned a better strike zone.

Wallner has , as I write this, a 83 percent strike out rate; I wonder what the record nmber of at bats is for some one having a 100 percent strike out rate to start a season? Aggies7 1

SteveLV Verified Member Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 0--28, and counting. I read that the 2022 Cubs went 0-47, so we do have a ways to go with the 2024 Twins.
Guest Guests Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 I’m done with Julien. At least look like you’re somewhat interested in performing.

Irishman Verified Member Posted April 10, 2024 Posted April 10, 2024 Twins are so terrible. 5Ks in 3 innings. Please bench Julien. Those Twins fans don’t deserve this lousy team! mrtwinsfan and RpR 2

The record for most consecutive strikeouts by a non-pitcher is 10 by Rick Ankiel who was a pitcher previously. Until he quit throwing strikes But the best I could find was Evan Gattis had back to back 4 strikeout games in his 2nd and 3rd game as an Astro. He was 0-11 after 3 games with just those 8 consecutive K's
