Gallo can play the field.  When you can play above average corner OF, fill in at CF and play 1st base, it helps out.  If Sano could play + defense in RF or LF he would still be in the league.

Day off for Kirilloff? I know he's played almost every day, but get nervous when he's not in the lineup against a right hander.

I have never been a fan of Joey Gallo's style of play, but I was very happy see him hit the ball. The guy just looks so determined and is working so hard in the field, on the bases, and particularly at the plate. The pitchers need to throw to his bat and that hit made me as happy as any recently because I have been feeling for the guy.

well--nice to see Mariner's pitching stinks today too! Maybe Twins can steal it...assuming they can finally put up a zero in an inning! 1 run down....always getting close but not quite enough....yet.

a lot of outfield mis-plays.  Funny how things happen in bunches, but it seems more balls being mis-played.  Maybe a little more pregame work is needed.  Too many triples and doubles credited on mis-played doubles and singles.
