This is why you use Duran for multiple innings every time he comes in. You didn't need him yesterday in a 5-1 loss. You don't need him tonight up 8-0.

Keep everyone guessing.  He's not going 9, so complete game status is not there. One inning more isn't going to impact the bullpen that much.  He's done a great job with more positives than negatives.  I say pull em and let him enjoy.  Heaven forbid he goes out for the eighth and gets hurt. (Obviously, that can happen at any time, but just playing the odds).
