Maybe somebody to take Jax place in pecking order.  That said, Otani could have been called out and they don’t score. Right on the line.  Remember the ones called on aAlex way out.  Sick of umps favoring the big market teams.  Electronic ump can’t come soon enough.

Turns out, when Joe Smith is the highest paid free agent reliever this team has signed in the past 2 years, your bullpen is going to be very shallow. It stinks to see that Jax is turning into a pumpkin, but it's time for plan B. Rocco can't use Stewart/Lopez/Duran for every inning... it's wild that Stewart is now easily the #3 guy when he hadn't pitched in the majors for 4 years.

I agree that teams win or lose games as a team.  Failing to get key hits, base running mistakes, etc.  But there are also times when an individual has to step and accept the load for a particular situation.  Jax isn't doing that.

I was not just talking about Jax. As of late its been pretty much every Or anyone coming out of the pen other than Duran.

Twins need to bring up an arm here or there from the minors just to see if they can fool some people for awhile.  Just get the shuttle filled up with gas.

1.  Buxton didn't take the advantage of AAAA reliever and easily struckout.

2. Rocco used Jax and dreamed he can get the job done.

3. Jax trusted his sliders and lost the game totally as usual.

All around bummer: some weak defense, almost half of the at bats end in strike outs, and another pitching meltdown.

The one oddity was how the Angels ran for home expecting the Twins to make a mistake, on three occasions. 

Varland tomorrow versus another (better) lefty. 

I hope Garlick can make something happen because he looked like an automatic out for St. Paul. This is his last shot.
