There's a poster that's often on these threads that drinks a lot of Scotch.  I imagine that he'd suggest that if there's a game on, it's happy hour regardless of when first pitch occurs.

John B. will have to drink a lot of beer to keep it from going to waste. I suggest that this event be scheduled again for July and then see how Bonnes does.

FWIW, my weather app says the rain in Minneapolis will end by 5 PM. Also, about 80 miles from Target Field, it was over 70 degrees and sunny this morning and early afternoon. It's pouring now and rain is forecast here for the next five hours.
